Refunds are issued only if manufacturing defect is confirmed and repair/replacement is not feasible, or if order is cancelled before dispatch.
Refund processing time: 14–21 business days.
Tech Hub reserves the right to deduct payment gateway charges, delivery fees, and administrative costs where applicable.
Store credit may be issued instead of monetary refund where legally permissible.
Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.
