Custom-built systems, configured servers, and special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Warranty is strictly manufacturer warranty. Physical damage, misuse, voltage fluctuation, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair voids warranty.
Tech Hub is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase value.
Jurisdiction: Ras Al Khaimah Courts, United Arab Emirates.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
Will not provide any services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
