Customers must notify Tech Hub within a day of purchase and provide the original invoice.
Returns for change of mind are not legally required and are accepted only at Tech Hub’s discretion within 3 calendar days, provided the item is sealed and unused.
Non-returnable items include custom-built PCs, servers, opened laptops/desktops, software licenses, clearance items, and special-order products.
